MDF-1 type flame retardant wood wood stack combustion test device is suitable for testing the combustion quality loss rate and flame burning time of all kinds of wood with thickness above 20mm in production and engineering after flame retardant impregnation treatment under specified combustion conditions.

Specimen preparation:

1. The specimen size is 76mm×13mm×13mm, the cutting error is ±1mm, and the surface is required to be smooth and flat. Three sets of 24 pieces were prepared for each test piece.

2. The specimen is cut 0.6mm away from the longitudinal end of the wood, less than 1m long wood, and cut from the middle to both sides.

3, the specimen cut from the upper and lower sides of the width of the wood along the thickness direction parallel cut 13mm×13mm test piece two layers, and then cut 76mm along the length direction of the test piece, the remaining center part is not sampled.
